Diesel Diagnostic Technician / Front Office Coordinator

This hybrid role in Bend, Oregon combines advanced diesel diagnostics with front-office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on diesel vehicles and equipment
• Greet customers and serve as a technical liaison between the shop and front office
• Manage parts inventory and perform administrative tasks using computers
• Identify issues accurately with diagnostic tools
• Ensure efficient turnaround times through effective diagnostics and coordination
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions professionally
• Contribute to shop productivity through quality work
• Provide professional communication via phone and in person

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Light truck experience
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and testing equipment
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
