Description

The Digital Video Account Manager will be the main point of contact for agency and brand customers utilizing our online video ad serving and campaign analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by providing world class customer service, strong written and verbal communication, focused on quality with a high level of attention to detail, able to grasp technical concepts and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients by developing a deep understanding of their business needs and operational pain points while demonstrating how our technology and service can help them achieve their objectives
  • Manage day-to-day campaign implementation and trafficking for assigned clients; assist client with campaign performance analysis and monitoring, optimization recommendations and discrepancy resolution
  • Provide proactive and reactive customer communications in regards to tools training, new product release functionality, and technical issue resolution, including appropriately setting and meeting client expectations
  • Facilitate the transition of new clients as they migrate to the Extreme Reach ad serving and analytics platform
  • Develop and maintain positive collaborative internal working relationships with teams throughout the organization including Sales, Product Development, Marketing
  • Conduct regular status meetings with assigned clients, including on-site visits as appropriate; travel may be up to 10%
  • Actively keep abreast of Extreme Reach products, services, value proposition, and the competitive landscape
  • Work with other 3rd party vendors as requested by clients to pull & analyze reporting, troubleshoot etc.
  • Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 2+ years’ experience in a technology-based client service role, including campaign implementation and performance analysis, in the digital marketing or online advertising industry (e.g., ad server, rich media vendor, media agency, demand-side platform, website publisher, search engine optimization)
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to communicate complex information thoroughly and succinctly with people of varying degrees of technical expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple client needs against tight deadlines; strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional client service through ownership, accountability, active listening, and a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Analytical thinker, excited by employing a systematic approach to solving simple and complex real-world problems
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology, priorities and business requirements
  • Expert with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
