Description:

Role Summary:

The Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing an effective digital strategy to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. This role will utilize a multi-channel approach to maximize the impact of digital initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, creating compelling digital campaigns, optimizing marketing technologies, and improving search and email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing - 70%

  • Create and manage comprehensive digital programs to enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies for online platforms and SEO.
  • Define and execute both short- and long-term digital strategies, enhancing marketing and conversion capabilities.
  • Oversee organic and paid demand generation activities across digital channels.
  • Guide digital strategy development in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Scale multi-channel digital campaigns effectively.
  • Manage marketing infrastructure and customization of marketing automation platforms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to deliver proactive marketing campaigns.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including goals, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Manage media integration, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Understand customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital initiatives into operations.
  • Identify opportunities for site improvements through technology.

Team Management - 30%

  • Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Team, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Provide strategic direction for campaign development to maximize impact on sales and lead generation.
  • Share best practices and thought leadership in digital marketing.
  • Participate in relevant meetings and foster positive business relationships. 

Secondary Functions (if applicable):

  • Engage in special projects or other assigned duties.
  • Supervisory/Budgetary Responsibilities
  • Create and manage budgets and expenses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing technology vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, including management.
  • Experience with marketing automation, SEO, paid search, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of company values and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation and email service providers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid project management and problem-solving capabilities.
