- Greet residents warmly, take accurate meal orders, and serve food promptly while respecting dietary needs.
- Prepare and reset dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate resident feedback to kitchen staff and follow food safety standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and foster a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Food Handler Card a plus.
- 6-12 months hospitality or customer service experience; senior living or healthcare experience desirable.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
