Client company has a direct hire opportunity for a Licensed Dental Assistant in the West Metro. Would be assisting 1-2 dentists sharing responsibilities with another dental assistant.
The Dental Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting the dentists in the clinical treatment and care of patients.
- Assisting in the management of patient relations, patient scheduling, and in providing the highest quality of service to patients.
Education and Experience
- HS diploma
- Graduate of ADA-accredited dental assisting program
- Licensed as a dental assistant in the state of Minnesota
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Nitrous certified a plus
- SoftDent (SoftChart) experience a plus
Language Skills
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members and community
- Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and staff
