Do you want to join one of the fastest-growing molecular diagnostics companies to transform prenatal and oncology diagnostics that can affect millions of patient lives? BillionToOne (one of the top Y Combinator companies, with 300% YoY growth and more than $85M in funding from prominent investors) is looking for a creative Director of Brand Marketing to develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue.

As the marketing director, you will be leading the brand strategies for all of our product portfolios and build your own team. This role reports to SVP Product.

Prior experience in leading successful marketing initiatives in a fast-growing environment, preferably for B2B or B2B2C products, is required. Brand marketing experience in the biotech or healthcare field is strongly preferred (but not required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive BillionToOne's overall brand marketing strategies for all product lines (prenatal and oncology)
  • Plan and execute multichannel brand marketing activities to increase the overall brand value
  • Work closely with the sales team in defining the physician purchase funnel and design and execute the coordinated marketing-sales tactics from brand awareness to repeat purchase
  • Work closely with the product team in defining the product brand positioning and core messaging and effectively deliver the key values through various marketing tactics (digital, print ads, events, and conferences)
  • Grow brand's awareness and presence organically (SEO, social media presence, field events, and conferences) and through paid ads
  • Strategize and execute corporate and product-level PR activities

Requirements

Who-You-Are:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including managing the entire brand marketing activities for a product line
  • Curiosity and drive to understand a technical medical product and communicate the clear value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in setting up and using various marketing tools (such as Hubspot or Marketo) with a data-driven approach to marketing
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter: propose ideas & experiment rather than needing direction, with a figure-it-out attitude

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in the healthcare/biotech industry or background in molecular biology and genetics
  • Experience in digital/growth marketing
