Summary/Objective
The Director of Concert Hall and Theater Events is responsible for managing, planning and executing event
and operational aspects of the BJCC Concert Hall and Theater. The position oversees all aspects of concert hall
and theater operations including front of the house and stage operations during events to ensure an exceptional
guest experience and quality production experience. Manages Theatrical Event Management team. Directs the
Theatrical Stage Production Manager in the delivery of services to events. Develops and implements operating
standards, training and procedures. Interact with and maintain rapport with the clients, BJCC partners (service
providers) and teammates.
