We are seeking a Director – Regional Operations and Client – Tenant Relations campus. The incumbent will partner with every area of the business in a variety of capacities providing an exceptional opportunity to learn about the organization and gain competitive and valuable business skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the coordination of all the Greater Boston Regional and Campus Offices operations, including but not limited to the following:
Regional Headquarters Office (400 Technology Square)
Front Desk functions including phone systems and guest services, checking in and managing visitor flow
Employee management, maintain oversight of the front desk
Conference room management, calendaring, and booking
Regional and Campus office management
Seating and space planning
Ordering and managing office supplies
Machine maintenance (i.e. mail machine, coffee machine)
Contingency and emergency planning through Everbridge
Vendor management and contracts
Wellness and green initiatives
Key management and card access
Third party vendors (copy machines, postage, etc.)
Alexandria event/meeting planning, internal company sponsored lunches and events in coordination with events team as applicable
Includes budget management and approval, content and communication
Liaison with various parties including Security, Asset Services, Parking, Janitorial, and Engineer teams and vendors in conjunction with Alexandria team leaders managing these third parties.
Establish concierge level service standards
Streamline meeting flow/demands, conference room management, setup, ordering, etc.
Provide support to Executive Management on mission-critical projects and assignments, including but not limited to: campus development efforts, leasing, marketing, amenities, security etc.
Track and report on progress of projects to Executive Management.
Proactively manage project-related issues, including but not limited to coordination of resources, gathering of information, troubleshooting and addressing difficulties, and ensure that the project is progressing.
Provide prompt follow through on issues, proactively communicate information to internal Executive Management to ensure smooth business operations.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
Participate in meetings and calls, including taking meeting minutes, tracking and delegating action items, and coordinating meeting logistics and agendas.
Collaborate and work with other team members on projects, as needed.
Maintain the highest level of communication and confidentiality.
Client tenant concierge services
Help to develop additional offerings and programs for Greater Boston tenants to further enhance and improve the Alexandria “white glove” experience on our flagship campuses
Leverage campus amenity spaces and operators to create unique offerings and opportunities for tenant engagement and collaboration
Represent the Alexandria brand and the team by delivering a professional experience to internal team and guests/visitors
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, degree in business administration or hospitality preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of administrative office experience, ideally supporting a corporate environment
Prior experience handling high call volume while multi-tasking
Proficient knowledge of general office practices, protocols and procedures required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus
Must be diplomatic and have a strong focus on hospitality and customer service
Highly organized, motivated, responsible and resourceful with strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to build relationships at all levels
