The Business Operations team at NVIDIA has a central cross functional leadership role, driving alignment across business unit product management, engineering, operations, sales, and finance to successfully achieve share, revenue growth, and margin goals within the defined markets. Business operations leaders must have the experience to anticipate and identify business and technical risks in timely fashion and work collaboratively to mitigate. The role will have regular visibility to senior executives and the leader needs to have excellent communications skills both up, down and across the organization. Systems business operations needs have deep understanding of engineering development cycles, product lifecycles, supply chain, demand and seasonality profiles, and sales channels.

What you’ll be doing:

The Director of Systems Business Operations provides leadership in planning, due diligence in implementing sound strategies to achieve business objectives and drive efficient operation of the systems businesses.

Works collaboratively and cross functionally with operations, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to develop supply plans that meet the businesses needs and optimize revenue and margin.

Integrally involved in product planning, launch planning, demand planning, build planning, capacity planning, and inventory management from conception through end of service life.

Identifies and advocates for tools that can improve operational transparency and efficiency.

Exhibits collaborative leadership and excellent open communications skills across key functional organizations from individual contributors through senior executives.

Identifies risks and problems in timely manner and drives resolution with speed.

What we need to see:

8+ years of experience with enterprise computation products. 5 years of previous leadership in management roles.

BS or equivalent experience in engineering and MBA desired.

Proven successful interpersonal skills at executive level.

Proven track record to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization structure.

Demonstrated excellence in leadership roles and business judgment.

Direct experience with enterprise computing systems and infrastructure.

Demonstrated ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams producing world class enterprise computing systems.
