We are seeking a Director of Technology Research to lead an elite team focused on evaluating and prototyping emerging technologies over 18–36 months.
Responsibilities include owning the Technology Radar, building strategic vendor partnerships with Amazon, Google, and others, and translating research insights into platform roadmaps and investment decisions.
You'll manage and mentor senior engineers across cloud, AI/ML, and gaming tech, fostering a culture of experimentation and clear communication.
Required qualifications: 10+ years in software/tech strategy, 3+ years leading teams, strong relationships with major cloud vendors, hands-on experience in cloud, AI/ML, or distributed systems, and excellent communication skills.
