- Establishes and monitors KPIs and sales targets, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Conducts route rides to train and evaluate team performance and execution standards.
- Teaches selling skills, role plays, and objection handling to enhance team capabilities.
- Leads team meetings, shares best practices, and ensures adherence to operational standards.
- Builds a diverse, motivated organization aligned with company values through effective leadership.
Requirements include: 3+ years of DSD management experience, team supervision, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to travel 0-10%. Benefits are provided.
