We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Document Processor to join our remote team. In this role, you will organize, review, update, and manage digital files and documents. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, follows instructions carefully, and has basic computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

 

  • Review and organize digital documents and files
  • Enter and update information into company databases
  • Scan, upload, and rename files accurately
  • Check documents for errors or missing information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Respond to email requests related to document processing
  • Ensure files are stored in the correct folders and systems
  • Meet daily and weekly processing deadlines
  • Follow company procedures and data security guidelines

Requirements
