This position involves working as part of a store team to enhance customer experience, promote sales, and manage donations efficiently.
- Accepts donations with excellent customer service, correctly labels items, and provides receipts to donors.
- Identifies hazardous donations and advises on proper disposal.
- Creates sales tickets, assists customers with loading/unloading items, and maintains merchandise organization following safety and quality standards.
- Operates equipment safely, conducts safety inspections, and performs store floor care duties as needed.
- Cross-trains in other store roles, maintains consistent attendance, and models core organizational values.
Minimum qualifications include strong customer service skills, ability to pass forklift certification, and proficiency in English. Must be 18+, pass background and drug screens.
