The position is for a Drug Testing Technician (Male Applicants Only) responsible for administering urinalysis drug tests, providing test results, and offering technical support to staff and agencies. Due to the nature of testing, technicians must work with clients of the same gender.
Essential functions include conducting tests per protocol, managing communication, billing, and maintenance, covering other offices as needed, and performing additional duties.
Basic qualifications involve at least 1 year of customer service experience, a clean background, ability to pass drug screening, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Skills required include planning, organizing, applying policies, data entry, teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, and physical mobility. Work hours are 8:30am-5:30pm in Conroe and 7am-3:45pm in New Caney.
