Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, and hazard assessments, leading safety training, investigating incidents, and maintaining compliance documentation. The analyst will be active on the plant floor, participate in safety committees, analyze safety data, and collaborate with engineering and operations to integrate safety into processes.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing or construction, knowledge of OSHA regulations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with safety systems and reporting tools.
