Seeking an Electric Vehicle Field Support Engineer to support EV truck development and deployment.
Responsibilities include managing a technical team, validating product performance, conducting testing, analyzing results, and developing reports.
Perform field commissioning, software validation, and support engineering in field campaigns.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools, and improve testing procedures for efficiency.
Assist in creating technical documents, training programs, and conduct training at factory or customer sites.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, 3+ years in field technical support, and experience with diagnostics and electrification products.
Work is remote with up to 75% travel, often short notice.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
