Seeking an Electrical Crew Lead to oversee electrical installation, troubleshooting, and system integration in industrial settings from our Plainville, CT office.
- Lead and perform field tasks including wiring, panel fabrication, machine guarding, and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Supervise a team of up to four technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Install electrical control systems, fabricating panels and hardware, and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Maintain safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards.
- Troubleshoot industrial machinery, PLCs, and electronic controllers, using precision instruments.
- Collaborate across diverse projects like machine guarding, controls upgrades, and system repairs.
Qualifications: Electrical Journeyman license, troubleshooting skills, manual dexterity, and ability to read schematics. Physical stamina for field work and teamwork skills are essential.
