What You'll Be Doing

• Designing electrical and telecommunication systems for diverse projects, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Working on commercial, military, institutional, and industrial electrical designs.
• Providing mentorship and training to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills.
• Ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code and construction best practices.
• Managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

What You Need to Apply

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Alaska (or ability to obtain one).

Experience & Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design within the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and U.S. construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and communicate effectively.

Bonus Points if You Have:

Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
