Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electronics hardware for avionics applications at the circuit card and unit level.
- Utilize schematic capture tools such as Zuken, Altium, or similar for circuit design.
- Perform Worst Case Analysis (WCA) on Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) designs.
- Conduct simulations using PSPICE or other electronics simulation tools.
- Analyze and design analog and digital circuits.
- Use test and measurement equipment for validation and troubleshooting.
- Support the development of flight hardware for aerospace applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including customers and management.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 6-10 years of professional experience in electronics hardware design, development, and testing.
- Demonstrated experience with Zuken, Altium, or other schematic capture tools.
- Proficiency in performing Worst Case Analysis (WCA) on CCA designs.
- Experience with PSPICE or other electronics simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design and analysis.
- Proficiency with test and measurement equipment.
- Aerospace experience, particularly in the development of flight hardware.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Product Engineer or Responsible Systems Integration engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
