They ensure work safety, quality, and compliance with codes, providing leadership and coordination for the electrical team to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising technicians and apprentices, creating materials lists, organizing daily tasks, interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting, and updating stakeholders. Requirements include a Journeyman Certification, leadership experience, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and construction electrical experience. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass pre-employment tests, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working varied shifts. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. U.S. Citizenship is required, with preference given per tribal employment policies.
