Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, delegating responsibilities, resolving conflicts, reporting project status, managing crew attendance, conducting job hazard analyses, and supervising/training new employees.
They install electrical systems, ensure compliance with NEC standards, and perform utility locates.
Required skills include a valid Driver's License, Electrical Journeyman License, 4+ years of commercial experience, and strong communication, organization, and physical abilities.
Work conditions involve exposure to hot/cold weather, noise, dust, and occasional warehouse work.
Travel within the state is required, with transportation and lodging provided.
Education needed is a high school diploma or higher.
