This role involves advanced electronics recovery, test system development, and manufacturing scale-up to support new SMT line deployment and electronics lifecycle solutions, including component-level recovery and reuse.

Key responsibilities include owning technical evaluations, designing validation and remanufacturing test systems, developing production processes, leading root cause analysis, and supporting manufacturing integration.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on electronics experience (PCBAs, sensors, motors, ECUs), problem-solving skills, manufacturing or product engineering background, familiarity with communication protocols, and a degree in engineering or equivalent.
Preferred skills include test system development, SMT processes, programming, and remanufacturing knowledge.
