Join our team as an Electrical Projects Engineer, leading design and management of electrical and control systems to drive process improvements and optimize machine performance across North American plants.
Responsibilities include designing and programming PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Servo systems, managing large-scale capital projects, overseeing contractor relationships, and coordinating new plant setups and equipment upgrades.
You will develop project plans, ensure safety standards, support plant rebuilds, and collaborate with OEMs to integrate equipment.
Additionally, you’ll train team members, promote innovation, and foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication.
Willingness to relocate to specified U.S. locations and travel up to 30% is required.
