We are currently seeking an Electrical Support Technician/ Engineer for our client in the Consulting domain. Role Description: The Electrical Support Technician/Engineer must have 7+ years of experience. For this role, you must be someone who is hands-on Technical Support Specialist II for Three-Phase Systems, Battery Solutions and UPS system and who can provide expert technical support for our advanced power distribution systems and inverter-based products. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a real impact by supporting both internal teams and external partners.

What You'll do:

- Deliver technical support at the system and facility level for client products, working closely with authorized service providers (ASP) and end users.

- Manage and track field incidents, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

- Provide assistance to internal divisions during Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and Quality Assurance (QA) issues.

- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend design improvements to mitigate failures.

- Develop and distribute technical updates, troubleshooting guides, and documentation for client, ASPs, and customers, ensuring compliance with quality systems.

- Support client’s remote monitoring software, including vendor relations, product documentation, and technical assistance for customers. Maintain software databases and version controls.

- Act as a technical liaison between client’s expatriates and equipment divisions.

- Provide field-based support through site visits, technical presentations, and direct customer interaction.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
