This role involves performing electronic assembly, wire termination, cable harness assembly, and installation into chassis and modules.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling electrical components and wiring harnesses per instructions and drawings
- Preparing kits with parts and fasteners for each run
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience; cable harness build experience preferred
- Soldering skills a plus; ability to obtain IPC-620 and J-STD certifications
- Basic computer skills; attention to detail; ability to read/write English
Physical demands include:
- Using hand tools, lifting up to 25 pounds, distinguishing colors, and handling measuring devices
- Working in a climate-controlled shop environment
