This position is based at Rockville General, a hospital campus, and involves highly skilled electrical operations.
- Perform installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of computerized electrical systems and distribution.
- Respond to repairs, coordinate shutdowns, prioritize work, and track work orders.
- Complete preventive maintenance and related paperwork.
- Maintain tools, inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
- Support emergency responses, including on-call duties and snow coverage.
- Collaborate with department managers to schedule and communicate project statuses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent trade training/experience.
- Valid CT E1-Contractor License and driver’s license.
- At least five years of electrical trade experience; hospital experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
