Electromechanical Production Technician
Join a high-energy manufacturing team bringing advanced electro-mechanical and robotic equipment to life. You’ll combine hands-on assembly with material flow support to keep production moving smoothly and safely.

- Hours: 3:00PM-11:30PM
A day in your shift
From the moment you clock in at 3:00PM, you’ll move between precise assembly work and critical material support:
- Review assembly instructions, blueprint specs, parts lists, and work orders to plan your build.
- Stage the tools, subassemblies, and materials you’ll need to assemble, repair, or rework electro-mechanical components.
- Move, deliver, and organize parts at workstations using pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
- Kit, label, and maintain orderly parts flow while keeping inventory accurate through documentation and handheld scanning.
- Perform in-process quality checks, understand CTQ standards, and record results in production/quality systems.
- Follow written work instructions precisely and enter data into manufacturing software.
- Practice safe work habits, use PPE, and collaborate closely with teammates to hit production goals.
- Monitor supply levels and verify incoming materials to keep lines running.
Required skills
- Stand for 7+ hours per shift.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Read and follow English-language work instructions.
- Comfort using a handheld scanner.
Preferred skills
- 1+ year in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management tools.
- Ability to interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, or traveler paperwork.
- Knowledge of safe material handling (lifting, staging, carts, PPE).
- Sharp attention to detail with labeling and part accuracy.
Basic qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry using computers and manufacturing software.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a mechanical environment and using power tools and related equipment.
