The Engineering Co-op Student supports mechanical and/or electrical engineering efforts in developing and improving products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
They assist with prototype development, testing, design documentation, and manufacturing support, gaining practical experience in motor design, product testing, and engineering change processes.
Responsibilities include conducting product tests, supporting NPD activities, reviewing drawings and specifications, supporting design change investigations, and managing 3D printer operations.
The role requires current enrollment in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering bachelor’s program, basic 3D modeling skills, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.
It offers hands-on exposure to product development, testing, and collaboration within a global team environment.
