Seeking an Electronics/Electrical Engineer for a hybrid role requiring one day in the office weekly in Lexington Park/Maryland City, MD. Must hold an Active Secret Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
Responsible for supporting avionics sustainment projects involving over 245 systems, including Navigation, Communication, Safety, and Mission Systems.
Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, design, develop, test, and evaluate military weapons and support systems.
Prepare technical analyses, reports, and change proposals.
Perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance, and resource management functions.
Design, develop, and evaluate software, components, and systems related to military requirements.
Conduct circuit analysis, technical assessments, and component substitution recommendations.
Required skills include a BS in Engineering, Science, Math, or Computer Science, with at least 6 years of related experience.
Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
Preferred skills include a BS in Electrical Engineering, and 3+ years working with NAVAIR avionics systems.
