Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent military training, 2+ years of electronics maintenance experience, proficiency with schematics and diagnostic tools, and knowledge of industry standards.
Preferred qualifications are aerospace equipment experience, certifications like IPC J-STD-001, and CAD modeling skills.
