- Installs, maintains, and repairs Land Mobile Radio systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Designs, implements, and maintains lightning protection and grounding systems.
- Programs radios with authorized frequencies, manages frequency requests, and resolves interference issues.
- Handles incident tickets, responds to help desk requests, and ensures timely resolution of technical issues.
- Researches technical specifications, equipment configurations, and installation plans to determine requirements, and procures necessary equipment and services.
