The Electronics Test Engineering Specialist is responsible for expanding and maintaining electronic test capabilities at the West Lafayette facility.
They will plan, design, build, and supervise vibration, electrical, and thermal test setups, develop strategies for capability growth, and contribute to talent development.
Key duties include creating test strategies, maintaining complex test rigs, mentoring test engineers and interns, and fostering relationships with global test teams and university partners.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering with 3-5+ years of testing experience and must be a US citizen.
