The teacher will prayerfully guide students in developing attitudes, skills, and subject knowledge, focusing on technological literacy and the design process, to nurture their growth as responsible Christians.
- Must be a born-again, college graduate, certified or certifiable, feeling called by God to teach.
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills essential for student development.
- Support team efforts in creating assessments to improve instruction.
- Proficiency in educational technology, coding, and managing a computer lab/STEAM center with innovation and organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or relevant STEAM field.
- Valid teaching certificate preferred; certifiable candidates willing to pursue FLOCS certification.
- Previous elementary teaching experience highly desirable.
