Job Details
As a Litigation Associate / Class Action Employment Law Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- CA residency
- CA Bar License
- 2+ years of class action litigation experience
- Employment law background (plaintiff's side experience would be a plus)
- PAGA wage and hour experience
- Discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and sexual harassment litigation experience would be a bonus
