Engineer - Plastic Extrusion Tooling & Die Development - Mentor, Ohio - JOB 25-01332
Salary Range: $65K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits.
Mentor, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an Engineer for plastic extrusion tooling & die design & development.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
- 4+ years experience with extrusion designing tooling for plastic extrusion to include Rigid PVC, Flexible PVC, ABS, ASA, HDPE, LDPE, PP, TPRs/TPOs, PC and other engineered resins.
- CAD experience is required
- Must be able to trouble shoot existing tooling as well as Familiar with operate die grinders, milling machines and lathes to modify existing and new tooling for single screw extrusion machines
- Familiar with vacuum sizing techniques
- Day shift with occasional weekend work as needed
