Seeking Engineering Coaches or Solutions Architects for multiple locations including NYC, New Jersey, Minneapolis, Chandler, Charlotte, and Dallas. The contract duration ranges from 6 to 24 months, with potential for permanent placement.
- Looking for candidates with a strong development background, preferably in UI/Cloud, to coach Level 1 teams on technology best practices.
- Must be capable of guiding teams on automation, unit testing, Github, CI/CD, Ansible, and their implementation.
- Require 15+ years of IT experience with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively to senior engineering managers is essential.
