We're currently hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably year-round.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing seasonal maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
- Inspecting equipment and identifying potential concerns before breakdowns occur
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Maintaining accurate service notes and documentation
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused experience on every call
- Working closely with a supportive team that values quality workmanship

What We're Looking For
- HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- EPA Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
