Respond to routine service requests in areas like plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building upkeep. Assist with preventive maintenance to help ensure long-term functionality and safety.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of workspaces, tools, and materials. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Effectively communicate, integrate, and ensure compliance with all policies in all operations. Coordinate the performance of work following specifications and work plan. Perform work in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with company and OSHA rules and regulations. Performance of other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
