Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representative
Nesco Resource is a leading staffing agency seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the staffing and recruiting industry while developing skills in marketing, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and recruiting solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and staffing solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service to close new business deals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring an elevated level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide input on marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements and align on client expectations.
  • Communicate client feedback to improve the candidate selection and hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development (staffing industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and attend networking events.
