SC&A is looking for an Environmental Scientist/Analyst to hire contingent on the company being awarded a contract with a Federal Agency. The applicant must have a Top-Secret Clearance. and at least a Bachelor’s degree. This position is a full-time, on-site position in Washington, DC. The candidates should have no less than four years relevant work experience. Familiarity with energy and water efficiency strategies, federal reporting requirements, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) extremely beneficial. Requirements also include proficient writing skills, computer skills, and advanced spreadsheet manipulation.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and carrying out environmental program assignments and selecting proper approach and methods to be used and shall set daily priorities and exercise judgment and initiative in all phases of the work.

SC&A is an employee-owned company with headquarters in Arlington, VA and offices in Chapel Hill, NC and Germantown, MD. The company provides environmental consulting services to the federal government, other government agencies, and commercial clients.
