Reporting to the VP of Application Service Delivery, this role involves developing the program strategy, managing vendors, aligning business goals with technology, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key responsibilities include creating the program plan, overseeing deployment across branches, managing resources and risks, facilitating stakeholder communication, championing change management, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications include 10+ years of ERP implementation experience (preferably Dynamics 365), strong leadership and project management skills, and knowledge of business processes and distribution industries. Certifications like PMP are a plus. The role is hybrid in St. Paul, MN, with no remote candidates.
