This role is for an Escalations Representative supporting Consumer and Small Business Credit Card products, Unsecured Personal Loans, and Lines of Credit.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and complaints, investigating issues, processing complex transactions, reviewing complaints for compliance, and escalating non-routine concerns.
Qualifications include 1+ year of customer support experience in financial services, strong communication, organizational, and research skills, and knowledge of credit products.
Training begins on 6/08/2026 with a 10-week on-campus program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. The shift is Sun-Tues and Fri-Sat, 9am-5:30pm EST.
