Full-time Cosmetology/Esthiology Instructors are responsible for effectively teaching students according to the curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and maintaining accurate academic records.
They will manage the clinic floor to ensure guest satisfaction, counsel students, and promote safe, sanitary practices. Instructors participate in special events and project professionalism at all times, while adhering to NAACAS and State Board requirements.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an instructor license or provisional license (or intent to obtain one), and a minimum of two years of salon experience. Strong organizational, presentation, communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.
