The Ethics Analyst/Auditor supports the Integrity Officer by promoting compliance with ethical standards, regulations, and NYS Public Officers Law.
They review disclosures for conflicts of interest, conduct investigations, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
The role involves assisting with policy updates, ethics education, and collaborating with HR, Legal, and other departments on cross-functional issues.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in healthcare/business administration or related field with 3 years of experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include certifications like CHC or CCEP, experience in academic medical settings or auditing, knowledge of federal/state regulations, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with investigations and public speaking.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, during daytime hours.
