The Ethics Analyst/Auditor supports the Integrity Officer in promoting ethical standards and ensuring compliance with regulations, including NYS Public Officers Law.
Responsibilities include reviewing disclosures for conflicts of interest, conducting investigations, documenting findings, and preparing reports.
The role involves assisting with policy updates, ethics education, and collaborating with HR and Legal teams.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare/business administration or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include certification in healthcare compliance (CHC or CCEP), experience in medical or auditing settings, proficiency in regulatory standards, and computer skills.
This position works Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
