The Event Host position is a part-time, non-exempt role with variable hours, primarily evenings and weekends, up to 19 hours weekly, at $16/hour.
Under supervision, the Event Host assists clients with event setup, conduct, and cleanup for various indoor and outdoor events, including parties and meetings. Responsibilities include preparing facilities, managing trash, assisting with equipment loading, ensuring safety, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, minimum age requirements, completion of safety and food service training, CPR/AED certification, and bilingual skills preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, teamwork, flexibility, and customer service skills. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs and working in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions.
