The Event Sales Coordinator supports the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events. They handle initial sales inquiries through TripleSeat and phone, organize booking documents, close event sales, and gather weekly BEOs and floor charts. They develop and maintain business relationships, participate in offsite events when needed, and assist with site tours and larger bookings. • Close event financials
• Ensure booking document accuracy
• Follow up with guests for feedback and future bookings
• Manage TripleSeat and OpenTable event entries
• Assist with site tours and larger event bookings
• Prepare BEOs and menus for weekly meetings
Skills & Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
