As an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events to boost client brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities include assisting with logistics, vendor management, event setup and breakdown, and communicating with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
You will manage event materials, monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and handle post-event feedback and reporting.
Qualifications include a preferred bachelor’s in Event Management or related fields, prior planning experience, strong organizational and communication skills, flexibility for evening/weekend hours, and proficiency in Office and event software.
