Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Director, Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence to join their team onsite in Boston, MA. This role will collaborate with business lines, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of global ERP systems, ensuring effective support of Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management functions

  • Possess a working knowledge of HRIS systems, Talent Management, and Recruiting, to ensure the alignment of HR processes with enterprise applications

  • Extensive experience defining enterprise-level data strategies and roadmaps, creating data warehouse and data lakes from the ground up and experience with machine learning

  • Extensive experience creating reports and dashboards via PowerBI and Tableau

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth

  • Lead efforts to integrate diverse business functions within the ERP landscape, promoting data consistency, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Bring deep expertise in enterprise application management, including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decision-making

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies across the organization

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications

 
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on global ERP systems

  • Experience with ERP implementations (QAD ERP is a plus) with knowledge of HCM implementations and Quality Management Systems

  • Proven expertise in managing ERP functions related to Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, including Workday Core Human Capital Management Functions (Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent Management and Workforce Planning Modules)

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively
