Provides high-level administrative support to two senior executives in the Peripheral Intervention business unit, managing sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinates complex calendars, travel arrangements (domestic & international), and meetings across global time zones.
Prepares and reviews confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Supports executive workload, special projects, and departmental initiatives, acting as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders such as physicians and customers.
Manages expenses, invoices, and vendor relationships, and assists with organizing events and tracking budgets.
Requires at least 6 years supporting senior leaders, proficiency in Microsoft Office, travel systems, and project management, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Maintains confidentiality, handles multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
Work is primarily on-site, with some flexibility, and employment may require COVID-19 vaccination proof.
